During this time of crisis, the people of Contra Costa County and community-based organizations providing vital services to many are under great stress. Together, we can utilize the COVID-19 Rapid Response Fund to help meet the needs of our community.

If you are seeking medical care, COVID-19 related financial support, or any public benefits or services, please dial "211".

You can access social service and health information 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by calling the three digit, toll-free number "211" from any phone. This free service connects callers to nearly 700 agencies and organizations providing more than 1,600 services to people in Contra Costa County. You can also visit the 211 Contra Costa website.

Please note, CCRHF does not provide direct support to individuals.

If you are a Community Based Organization or non-profit seeking financial support from the CCRHF COVID-19 Rapid Response Fund, please first review the areas of grantmaking.

Should you wish to apply for organizational funds, please begin a conversation with us by sending a letter of inquiry with your contact information and a brief description of your organization to
